Clean and jerk 7 sets of 3

Dead lift 7 sets of 1

Circuit 5 rounds

Box jumps x 20 @ 24 inches
Kettlebell swings x 20 @ 50 lbs.
Deadlift x 20 @ 135 lbs.
Dumbbell push press x 20 @ 30 lbs.

(Beginner)

Same circuit but do 10 reps instead of 20 for 3 rounds.
