Session 1
5,5,3,3,1,1 cleans at 75%, 80%, and 85% which were 210, 225, and 240.
Then did about 20 minutes of mobility.

Session 2
For time: 1k row, 50 thrusters with just the 45 pound bar, and 15 handstand pushups for 2 rounds. Time was 21:55.
