Worked up to a heavy dead lift by 3’s. Main hits were 385, 405, and 415. lastly was a single at 435.
Back squats at 245 for 10, 8, 6, 6.
GHD with 50 sandbag 4 sets of 6-8

12 minute AMRAP of 30 double unders and 15 snatches at 75 pounds. I hit 245. Still struggling with DU.
