Snatch 5 sets of 2. I hit 155, 165, 185, 195, and missed two at 195 so I took a break and then hit 195 for 1.
Cleans high hang and knee hang 5 sets of 2. Started at 225 and eventually hit 245.
Jerks from the block 5 sets of 2. Started at 205 and eventually hit 255 for 1 but couldn’t hit the 2nd. I think the blocks were too high for my new technique.
Back squat 3 sets of 5 at 325.

Time cap of 14 minutes. At 11:29 I finished the cleans. I failed over and over again on the bar trying to get a muscle up. One of the most frustrating moments I can remember during a workout. I should have done some muscle ups during my warmup to get the movement down. I really didn’t feel that tired I just couldn’t get the movement right.
