Day 56

Snatch pull hang snatch 2 + 1 at 155, 165, 175, 185, 195

Clean and jerk 10 sets of 1. Started at 185 and eventually did about 4-5 sets at 245. Changed a little bit of my technique which in the long run should pay off but it will take some time to get used to it.

Front squat 3 sets of 5 at 235, 285, 285

15 box jumps
15 dead lifts at 185
15 box jumps
20 dead lifts at 225
15 box jumps
25 dead lifts at 275
15 box jumps
30 dead lifts at 315….

I did pretty bad on this one and ended with 120 reps.
